Video tutoring is Kinspire’s most cherished project. It requires extra effort and a long-term commitment to Kinspire’s mission. These classes allow volunteers to directly interact with the students in India and give them the tools they need to be successful in their careers. The topics that are covered in these classes include English, leadership, and career-building. We are currently working on expanding these topics to include public health and financial literacy classes. Classes will be set up with students bi-monthly and the timing of the class will be determined after a discussion with the tutor and the students in India. Tutors are required to have knowledge of the local language and will be screened prior to starting the class to ensure this.
